Senior Specialist – Hospitality Digital Systems & Data

Responsibilities

• Define and support the development of digital platform structures and data models to ensure scalability and alignment with business requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into system configurations and digital solutions.
• Administer and maintain digital systems and data environments, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and governed.
• Support reporting and analytics by structuring data and contributing to dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
• Develop and support the automation of data processes and workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting such as Power Automate, Python, or SQL.
• Manage document control platforms like Aconex to ensure compliance and effective information management.
• Support end-users through training, guidance, and troubleshooting to promote effective use of digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital systems, data platforms, or reporting environments.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online site structure, permissions, and configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or SQL.
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data for processing and analysis.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or data analytics tools.
• Professional membership or recognized certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with project and document management platforms such as Aconex, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
• Experience working within project, construction, or development environments.
