Senior Specialist, Hardware and Software Coordination

Responsibilities

• Plan and handle hardware for Autonomous Driving & Powertrain divisions, including components, test benches, and prototypes
• Coordinate hardware with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
• Manage, monitor, and steer hardware coordination and timing
• Address and solve budget, release, operational, and technical issues
• Define planning and reporting tools and maintain ownership of planning files
• Align hardware coordination planning with all relevant interface partners
• Perform risk management and provide early warnings regarding responsibility gaps

Requirements

• Master or PhD degree
• 5 years of relevant experience in automotive management and logistics
• Experience in component handling, planning, and automotive reporting
• Highly organized and solutions-oriented mindset
