Senior Specialist, Global Employee Operations (HR)

Responsibilities

• Execute HR-related services covering the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, movements, and separations
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex problems and provide exceptional internal customer satisfaction
• Research issues, collect data, and perform root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Identify process inefficiencies and participate in or lead process improvement and transformation exercises
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day HR tasks, answering questions and providing analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR services (e.g., onboarding, payroll, or benefits administration)
• Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday, and/or ERP systems
• Proven experience leading projects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
