Senior Specialist, Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automated workflows to streamline the invoice-to-pay lifecycle
• Oversee high-volume vendor invoice review, coding, and processing using automated validation tools
• Manage weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks to optimize cash flow
• Direct monthly vendor statement reconciliations and resolve complex discrepancies
• Maintain secure financial records, manage 1099 filings, and lead annual audit preparations
• Serve as the senior point of contact for vendor inquiries and mentor the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations
• Proven success in finance transformation, process redesign, or automation initiatives
• Advanced Excel proficiency including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Coupa
• Experience working in complex, high-volume environments
