Senior Specialist - Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage Supply Chain Finance (SCF) closing activities for the T&I Cluster, including Inventory, Fixed Assets, Depreciation, and IFRS 16.
• Act as a finance business partner to Entity, Cluster, and Group Finance and Operational teams.
• Monitor and control SCF KPIs such as CAPEX, Inventories, labor rate reviews, and under/over liquidation.
• Partner with Project Finance and PMO to quantify and allocate manufacturing and R&D project costs accurately.
• Develop and streamline finance policies, procedures, and templates to improve closing processes and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or as a Plant Finance Controller.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS policies and reporting.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Operations and other business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in accountancy (e.g., CMA, DipIFR).
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or HFM/Hyperion.
• Experience working within large conglomerates or multinational corporations.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance IFRS concepts.
