Senior Specialist Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, focusing on securing Kubernetes workloads within cloud infrastructure environments
• Collaborate with customers to prototype and deploy tailored solutions aligned with business needs
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to showcase solution value and viability
• Drive technical leadership during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops
• Act as a virtual member of the Security product and engineering teams to identify product enhancement opportunities
• Conduct periodic technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads for optimization
• Stay informed of latest developments in Kubernetes and cloud computing
• Lead prototyping and R&D efforts for emerging products and solutions
• Represent CoreWeave at industry conferences and events

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure
• Expertise in building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services with a focus on securing Kubernetes workloads
• Fluency in cloud computing architecture and hands-on implementation experience
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and communicating complex technical concepts
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and associated networking technologies
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes administration, including RBAC, admission controllers, and container security
• Proven ability to describe security concepts and best practices within the Kubernetes tooling landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Code contributions to open-source inference frameworks
• Experience with scripting and automation for securing Kubernetes environments
• Experience building solutions across multi-cloud environments
• Client-facing publications or talks on latency, optimization, or advanced model-server architectures
