Senior Specialist, Employee Connection & Listening

Responsibilities

• Lead employee listening strategies, including surveys, pulse checks, and qualitative feedback
• Partner with People Analytics to translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders
• Design and scale recognition programs that reinforce company values
• Support and scale Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion initiatives
• Design and deliver connection experiences and shared events for a multi-site workforce
• Build employee experience infrastructure, including SharePoint hubs and AI-enabled support tools

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Programs, or Organizational Development
• Experience designing employee programs for both manufacturing and corporate populations
• Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and leadership recommendations
• Strong program and project management skills
• Ability to work through influence and cross-functional partnership
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Experience implementing recognition platforms
