About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of undergraduate internship and early talent programs.
- Manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and conversion planning.
- Partner with the Director of Early Career to develop strategies that increase intern-to-full-time conversion rates.
- Execute campus recruiting efforts by sourcing, assessing, and engaging top talent across key functional areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and nonprofit partners.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Manage program operations, including timelines, communications, budgets, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in early talent recruiting, university relations, campus recruiting, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience managing internship or undergraduate career programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in retail, fashion, or consumer products industries.
- Proficiency with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
