Senior Specialist, Digital Content & Experiences

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of digital content, events, and experiences across web, campaigns, localization, and e-commerce
• Support RFP development by gathering requirements and managing vendor selection processes
• Act as an escalation point for reservation-holder asset issues
• Build and maintain marketing and CRM reporting dashboards in Sigma
• Manage Jira as the primary project and workflow tool for marketing operations
• Coordinate CRM campaign projects from intake through launch
• Partner with UX, Talent Community, and Community Affairs teams on various initiatives
• Track marketing spend and campaign performance
• Apply AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on digital content experience
• Direct experience supporting events and activations end-to-end
• Experience working cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, Retail, and Comms teams
• Daily working experience with Frontify DAM
• Hands-on CMS experience with Contentful
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Shopify
• Experience managing Google Places, Yelp, and other local listings
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and iteration
