Senior Specialist Design

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize virtual prototypes of complex electronic systems using MATLAB, Simulink, and System C/TLM
• Assist in the development and implementation of models for hardware and software co-simulation
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of virtual prototyping environments
• Support the integration of models with other simulation and analysis tools
• Conduct experiments and simulations using virtual prototypes to analyze system behavior and performance
• Document modelling methodologies, simulation results, and technical findings
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot modelling issues and implement improvements
• Stay updated on advancements in virtual prototyping techniques and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in digital logic design, computer architecture, and embedded systems
• Basic understanding of hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL
• Familiarity with programming languages including C++ or Python
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to system-level modelling concepts
• Knowledge of System C and/or Transaction-Level Modelling (TLM)
