Senior Specialist - Data Management - Footwear Costing

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end costing and operational data across systems to ensure accuracy and scalability
• Lead and manage data-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning and stakeholder alignment
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, costing, and production
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to implement mitigation plans
• Drive system enhancements and process improvement initiatives through requirement gathering and UAT
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across data workflows
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and contribute to policy development

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles
• Experience in footwear or manufacturing industries preferred
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects and managing stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar data tools
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or costing systems is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of costing processes or supply chain data
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation
