About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business cases and profitability assessments for customer service initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities and risks
  • Analyze financial performance, revenue streams, and cost structures to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive supplier partnerships and negotiations to ensure high-quality, customer-centric products
  • Work closely with IT teams to define business requirements and support system developments
  • Prepare management reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations with actionable insights
  • Develop and optimize customer-centric products, services, and retention programs to drive aftersales revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and operational improvements
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement projects using innovative approaches

Requirements

  • Degree in business management, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy or business development, preferably in the automotive industry or consultancy
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies and their potential business applications
  • High affinity for the automotive industry, specifically electric mobility and market segments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an automotive start-up environment
  • Proficiency in an additional European language or Mandarin
