Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to present services and facilitate appointment booking
• Convert leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of aesthetic medicine treatments
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through personalized support
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, web, and email
• Provide consultative sales and high-end "white glove" service to educate patients and overcome objections
• Organize and confirm consultation and treatment appointments
• Maintain accurate prospect and appointment data within CRM systems
• Analyze outbound call performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Support the development and distribution of training materials for the contact center team
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to optimize the contact center and improve strategies

Requirements

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales (asset)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and willingness to learn
• Dynamic personality with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to evolving environments
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (asset)
• Ability to multitask and meet performance goals
• Excellent command of English (required); Spanish is an asset
