About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to assigned departments, supporting operational and strategic decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts for assigned cost centers
- Own financial close activities, including reviewing transactions, accruals, and cost allocations
- Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to CFO and Finance leadership
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure alignment with budgets and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and transparency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan
- Experience with AI automation initiatives
