Senior Specialist, Controlling

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to assigned departments, supporting operational and strategic decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts for assigned cost centers
• Own financial close activities, including reviewing transactions, accruals, and cost allocations
• Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to CFO and Finance leadership
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure alignment with budgets and company policies
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan
• Experience with AI automation initiatives
