Senior Specialist - Controllership

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard monthly reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, escalation, and resolution of reconciling items
• Assist in the preparation of reporting and analysis to support Controllership activities
• Collaborate with Finance team members and GBS towers to resolve issues
• Create and maintain procedural documentation for all activities
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and SOX narratives
• Identify and implement process efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a global organization
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with a focus on US GAAP
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Oracle and BlackLine preferred
• Proven success in cross-cultural, virtual team environments
