About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform new facility launches and system implementations
  • Identify and implement best practices across multiple facilities
  • Develop new processes and write work instructions
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide training to associates at all levels
  • Compile data, analyze metrics, and prepare presentations for management
  • Coordinate and document internal and external customer meetings
  • Operate various types of material handling equipment
  • Support EMS/QMS, health, and safety policies

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Forklift Certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, systems environment, or project management
  • Advanced knowledge of PKMS, Future 3, JDE, GQRS, and ARE/ARS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Availability for 24/7 on-call requirements
