About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform new facility launches and system implementations
- Identify and implement best practices across multiple facilities
- Develop new processes and write work instructions
- Create and maintain project plans
- Plan, coordinate, and provide training to associates at all levels
- Compile data, analyze metrics, and prepare presentations for management
- Coordinate and document internal and external customer meetings
- Operate various types of material handling equipment
- Support EMS/QMS, health, and safety policies
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Forklift Certification
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, systems environment, or project management
- Advanced knowledge of PKMS, Future 3, JDE, GQRS, and ARE/ARS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Availability for 24/7 on-call requirements
