Senior Specialist - B2B Marketing

Responsibilities

• Partner with the B2B Marketing Lead and Commercial team to develop strategic marketing plans for key wholesale partners
• Lead end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including localized campaigns, events, and in-store storytelling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Local, Regional, and Global teams to deliver cohesive execution across consumer touchpoints
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to elevate brand presence
• Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and industry trends to optimize future activations
• Manage campaign and activation budgets across accounts to ensure efficient planning
• Partner with local agencies, production vendors, and external collaborators like KOLs and influencers
• Support the rollout of global brand campaigns across wholesale and DTC retail environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, wholesale, or partner marketing
• Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, and consumer marketing ecosystems
• Experience managing integrated campaigns and consumer-facing activations
• Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with fast-moving execution
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills across commercial, creative, and operational teams
• Experience managing relationships with wholesale partners, agencies, and external vendors
• Proficiency in working with campaign reporting, account budgets, and performance insights
