Senior Specialist Art Direction (E-Commerce)

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the aesthetic output and execution for e-commerce imagery, including photography, videography, still-life, and AI-driven content.
• Concept and execute photography and video shoots, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
• Lead and manage freelance creative teams on set, including photographers, stylists, and hair/makeup artists, to maintain high image quality.
• Direct models on set regarding posing, facial expressions, and body language to capture the brand's unique spirit.
• Oversee the end-to-end post-production process, including image selection, retouching mark-ups, and color matching.
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to develop and update shoot, styling, and shot-mapping guidelines.
• Research industry trends and competitor landscapes to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital fashion experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience creating product photography within a high-volume, fast-paced commercial studio environment.
• Proven experience in e-commerce fashion photography.
• Demonstrated experience concepting and executing both photography and video shoots.
• Expert competency with Adobe Creative Suite and image management software.
• Strong fashion aesthetic with a keen eye for photography, color, and lighting.
• Exceptional people management skills with the ability to provide clear direction to internal and external teams.
