Senior Specialist - Architecture

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, multiple cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice.
• Oversee project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional groups.
• Drive major IT projects by setting priorities, holding teams accountable, and managing escalations.
• Manage governance by collating project status reports and conducting weekly cadence reviews for leadership.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of cloud transformation projects.
• Track and report on schedule and cost variances across all active projects.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations.
• Deep expertise in Data Center (DC) to Cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, including virtualization, compute, storage, and networking.
• Bachelor's degree in BCA, MCA, BE, BTech, or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Management.
• Proficiency with project management tools like ADO (Azure DevOps).
• Technical knowledge of Azure Cloud, databases, and public cloud environments.
