Senior Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and category plans for indirect categories including IT, EHS, Engineering, HR, and Logistics.
• Conduct supply market and industry analysis, supplier segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify alternative solutions.
• Manage supplier relationships and lead supplier transition, qualification, and consolidation activities.
• Execute negotiations and contracting to support business needs across the United States and Mexico.
• Maintain project savings tracking systems and provide efficient status reporting.
• Support risk management, mitigation planning, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
