Senior Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for Ground Support Equipment (GSE), facilities, and construction projects
• Negotiate and manage contracts from RFP through completion to ensure supplier performance
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects and provide project updates
• Oversee quantitative analysis to identify financial impacts of decisions and supplier performance
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analysis
• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices
• Coordinate with planning departments to optimize delivery schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract Negotiation, or Supply Chain
• Ability to work onsite in McGregor, TX
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement, industrial engineering, or facilities management
• Experience sourcing machined parts, raw materials, and weldments
• Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, or PowerBI
