Senior Sourcing Specialist, Marketing Services

Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), based in Singapore, is a subsidiary of Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end sourcing process and performance of global spend categories across the telecom field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Category strategy for the Marketing Services category
• Execute end-to-end procurement processes in compliance with company policy
• Perform market and industry analysis to support category strategy
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies towards the vendor market
• Execute Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks to maximize value creation
• Contribute to savings KPIs for Marketing Services categories
• Collaborate with user departments to reduce sourcing cycle times and improve planning
• Prepare periodic reports on sourcing activities

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Procurement
• 5-7 years of experience in Markets procurement or the advertising industry
• Proven experience in procurement best practices and executive-level supplier negotiation
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement methodologies within Marketing Services
• Proficiency with data processing tools such as Excel, Power BI, Coupa, or Monday.com
• Strong analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interaction skills across cultural boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CIPS qualification
• Knowledge of Nordic or South East Asia telecommunication markets
• Experience with industry platforms like MRM, DBM, GA360, Adobe, Sitecore, Adform, or Adwords
• Experience with SEO, ASO, or SEM
