Senior Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and contracting for Indirect Services, including IT Infrastructure, Marketing, R&D, Business Services, and Construction/Facility Services.
• Execute the full sourcing value chain, including market analysis, vendor identification, and RFP processes.
• Lead price and KPI negotiations with vendors in collaboration with business leads and regional procurement teams.
• Handle contract drafting and redline negotiations to ensure successful document execution.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including business leadership and global sourcing teams.
• Monitor spend management and track value creation through savings records.
• Ensure strict adherence to company sourcing policies and approval matrices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an appropriate university.
• 4+ years of professional experience in procurement or a related functional domain.
• Proven experience in supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
• High level of English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience working in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or recognized certification in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement platforms or spend analytical tools.
• Knowledge of South East Asian languages.
• Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or global role.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and communicate risk.
