Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships for assigned commodities
• Drive pricing strategy, negotiations, and locked-in commercial terms
• Establish forecasting cadence and translate demand signals into supply plans
• Build and maintain an Approved Vendor List (AVL) for critical components
• Plan and execute dual-sourcing and second-source qualification
• Identify critical point-of-failure risks and implement mitigation plans
• Shape commodity strategy and supplier selection for SoC, camera, and memory
• Secure priority allocation during shortages and manage supply ramps
• Track supplier KPIs including OTD, yield, and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• 7–10+ years of sourcing or supplier management experience in consumer electronics or hardware
• Essential experience with IC, memory, or SoC
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation, cost analysis, and multi-sourcing
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations in fast-paced settings
