Senior Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the talent CRM within Greenhouse to build a pre-vetted candidate bench
• Design and maintain a structured multi-stage engagement model for candidate pipelines
• Build target company lists and sourcing playbooks per capability archetype
• Monitor talent market signals and track movement, availability, and ecosystem shifts
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to embed CRM intelligence into searches
• Serve as a strategic sourcing partner for complex, high-priority roles
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools to deliver talent mapping and candidate slates
• Conduct initial candidate screens and provide briefings to recruiting partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech, media, sports, or gaming
• Proven ability to build and maintain structured talent pipelines
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI sourcing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, with Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills for long-term candidate engagement
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on bench health
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
