Responsibilities

• Sell Zip implementation delivery during the sales process by providing detailed implementation overviews
• Run technical validations and detailed implementation scoping to align on expectations
• Negotiate and write Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with Deal Desk and Account Executives
• Drive confidence in Zip's functionality through expert-led presentations and scoping sessions
• Decrease commitments to functionality or services outside of Zip's delivery scope
• Help build the function by establishing and improving assets, talk tracks, systems, and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or services engagement
• Proven track record of scoping complex software implementations and drafting SOWs
• Strong technical aptitude to translate business requirements into implementation plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or Communications)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the legal-tech or procurement space (e.g., CLM or Procurement Orchestration)
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment (Series C through IPO)
• Background in Legal Engineering or as an Implementation Consultant
• Familiarity with the procurement orchestration category
