About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue by developing and executing consultative sales plans for strategic Fortune 100 customers
  • Lead end-to-end solution selling, from initial discovery and value articulation through to closing
  • Position the Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo) against competitive alternatives
  • Communicate pipeline, account, and territory status, including resource needs and challenges
  • Partner with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel Sales, and Account Managers to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Provide customer and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap
  • Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience within enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of selling to VP and C-level executives
  • History of exceeding quotas by sourcing and closing seven-figure deals
  • Proficiency with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling
  • Strong tech-stack proficiency, including Salesforce and data/analytics platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partner teams
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape in work management and collaboration
  • Competency in leveraging AI workflows for personal productivity
