About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue by developing and executing consultative sales plans for strategic Fortune 100 customers
- Lead end-to-end solution selling, from initial discovery and value articulation through to closing
- Position the Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo) against competitive alternatives
- Communicate pipeline, account, and territory status, including resource needs and challenges
- Partner with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel Sales, and Account Managers to uncover expansion opportunities
- Provide customer and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap
- Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience within enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven track record of selling to VP and C-level executives
- History of exceeding quotas by sourcing and closing seven-figure deals
- Proficiency with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling
- Strong tech-stack proficiency, including Salesforce and data/analytics platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partner teams
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in work management and collaboration
- Competency in leveraging AI workflows for personal productivity
