Senior Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals, commercial drivers, and success measures.
• Act as a trusted client-facing solutions lead, managing communications, expectations, and follow-ups throughout the design phase.
• Partner with Commercial and Product teams to support sales conversations, proposals, and scope definition.
• Translate client needs into practical solution designs that balance platform capability, delivery effort, and risk.
• Produce functional solution specifications, including user journeys, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define API integration patterns, payload requirements, webhooks, and error handling for client and internal teams.
• Break down complex solutions into MVP and future phases, helping stakeholders understand trade-offs and timelines.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in solutions, business analysis, or technical consulting within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Proven experience in client-facing stakeholder management, including leading workshops and managing senior executives.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into functional specifications for API-first products.
• Practical knowledge of card issuing concepts such as tokenisation, 3D Secure, limits, fees, and settlement.
• Proficiency with diagramming and documentation tools to produce clear technical specs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and payment topics for commercial audiences.
