Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the US Named team by overseeing hiring, technical onboarding, and pre-sales performance.
• Drive strategic revenue goals by partnering with Sales Executives to manage complex sales cycles and technical PoCs.
• Act as a player-coach by shadowing customer engagements and establishing technical best practices.
• Champion cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across regional SE teams to ensure scalable technical solutions.
• Accelerate enterprise adoption of AI technologies, moving customers from hype to production-ready use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience directly managing and scaling a pre-sales Solutions Engineering team.
• 10+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of driving technical pre-sales within the US Enterprise or Named Accounts market.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Internet protocols including OSI Model, DNS, BGP, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zero Trust security architectures and serverless computing.
• Experience in software engineering, product management, or enterprise project delivery.
• Subject matter expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
