Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales opportunities and provide pre-sales support to customers and enablement for partners and internal teams
• Build strong relationships across customer and channel ecosystems to support AI-powered UCaaS platform adoption
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in AI-powered UCaaS services, staying current on industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with global teams to drive product innovation and customer-centric solution development
• Design and deliver next-generation AI communication solutions through demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and deal support
• Contribute to sales strategies and product development through market intelligence and customer insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience for enterprise customers in UCaaS/CCaaS
• Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders
• Strong ability to collaborate with and influence sales, marketing, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, A2A, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with AI knowledge management systems such as Glean, Amazon, or Coveo
• Prototyping experience with Python/Cursor
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Expertise in cloud AI services
