Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales from discovery through demo to uncover technical landscapes and business goals
• Design and deliver tailored, technically-informed product demonstrations
• Document client workflows, tech stacks, and integration needs
• Create integration field mappings, process flows, and technical specifications
• Orchestrate integrations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and SFTP
• Translate technical requirements into well-scoped engineering tickets in Linear
• Guide clients through technical implementation and troubleshoot integration issues
• Establish repeatable processes and documentation standards to scale operations

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Engineering supporting discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept phases
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients and complex tech stacks
• Strong technical aptitude for reviewing SDKs and technical documentation
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and common integration patterns
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with modern toolchains and AI productivity tools
• Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with marketing technology (email, SMS, or marketing automation)
• Track record of designing complex customer journeys and workflow maps
• Experience in client onboarding or technical implementation roles
