Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and solution-oriented aspects of the sales process
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer technical, product, and operational requirements
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Act as the trusted product and solution expert throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate the business and technical value of the platform to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop winning strategies and secure the Technical Win
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs
• Gather and communicate product feedback from prospects to inform the roadmap

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS or AI
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industries
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos for complex enterprise requirements
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel 15–25%
