Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams to drive the sales process
• Discover and understand customer requirements to align technical solutions with business needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and present SailPoint's value proposition and competitive advantages
• Assist in developing RFP responses in coordination with the RFP team
• Lead and participate in Proof of Value (POV) evaluations
• Provide technical feedback to Product Management regarding potential product enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in a B2B enterprise software environment
• Strong working knowledge of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
• BA/BS degree or global equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions
• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience communicating technical value to non-IT stakeholders like HR, Finance, and Risk Management
