Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation phases of large-scale AI solution deployments with strategic national security partners
• Act as the subject matter expert on all Rhombus Power products and technologies, providing deep technical consultation
• Develop, iterate, and deploy high-quality, full-stack code including DevOps, backend systems, and frontend UIs
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Solutions Engineers
• Work with Product Managers and Engineering teams to synthesize customer requirements and influence product development
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and technical deep dives to ensure system reliability
• Travel to customer sites for deployment leadership and technical consultation

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering or technical consulting
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar customer-embedded roles
• Expert-level ability to architect and implement solutions across the full technology stack
• Deep proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and system administration
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead major projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
