Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with publishers and partners across the full customer lifecycle
• Drive pre-sales technical conversations, demos, and discovery sessions
• Lead technical scoping, design, and implementation planning for custom integrations
• Develop and present tailored solutions for publisher integrations
• Guide and mentor junior Solutions Engineering team members
• Translate publisher needs into Product and Engineering feedback to influence roadmap
• Build and maintain internal revenue operations tools and automation systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related field
• 24 months experience designing custom implementation strategies and technical documentation
• 24 months experience implementing and troubleshooting video player APIs and browser-based video delivery systems
• 24 months experience leading technical competitive assessments and architecting proof-of-concept solutions
• 24 months experience building technical partnerships with senior engineering teams
