Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and management of CircleCI demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for product implementation and best practices
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer use cases and identify optimization opportunities
• Support strategic planning conversations with customer executives to connect software delivery challenges with business objectives
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients regarding complex issues, customizations, and integrations
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and documentation

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in application development, DevOps, or CI/CD
• Extensive experience in technical customer-facing roles like Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Proficiency in CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, and software configuration
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell
• Knowledge of Docker or Linux containers
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of engaging with enterprise clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Strong infrastructure knowledge, specifically in networking and security
