Senior Solutions Director, Language Services

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional business development lead, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in language and localization services
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
• Lead solution-selling cycles from discovery through proposal and contract negotiation, focusing on client ROI
• Promote and sell localization services across Publicis Groupe partner agencies to drive strategic growth
• Collaborate with internal production, project management, and localization engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global growth objectives
• Mentor and inspire a diverse, high-performing, and globally distributed team of localization professionals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular forecasting and pipeline updates

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in language services, localization, or a related field
• 5-7 years in a solutions consulting or sales leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and driving revenue growth
• Deep understanding of localization technology, including CAT tools, TMS, MT, and AI translation
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to align technical solutions with client business goals
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
