About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the key technical point of contact for strategic customers
- Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives and technical requirements
- Run technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions
- Advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and customer value
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist roles
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Mandarin
- Technical familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs, and native/web-based SDKs
- Strong API expertise including REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, and JSON/XML
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech industries
- Familiarity with applying AI to technical discovery and solution design
