Senior Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, designing tailored solutions using the Unified-CXM platform
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals across marketing, social media, and customer experience
• Design and present compelling demonstrations and solution architectures that showcase business value
• Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with customer outcomes
• Translate complex technical capabilities into strategic business value for executive audiences

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer within a SaaS company
• Proven track record working with Enterprise-level clients
• Expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, and Business Intelligence platforms
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills for engaging C-suite stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting or sales engineering role
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXM platforms
• Understanding of AI and automation applied to marketing and CX use cases
• Knowledge of data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design
