Senior Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Financial Services customers by telling compelling stories and co-creating solutions
• Translate core business challenges like regulatory compliance and risk management into high-impact Appian solutions
• Respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Strategically problem solve to create innovative solutions for complex FS challenges
• Identify how Appian fits into larger organizational architectures
• Conduct technical discussions with the product team
• Perform customer interaction, requirements analysis, and presentations

Requirements

• Deep and recent expertise in the Financial Services (FS) industry domain
• Experience in enterprise software sales or client-facing technology advisory roles
• Technical depth in responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Familiarity with production environments including application servers, web servers, and databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years as a Pre-Sales Engineer or 6+ years in Professional Services/Consulting
• 3+ years of significant focus in the Financial Services Industry
• Ability to travel up to 70% to customer locations
