About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive RESL portfolio architecture, ensuring individual solutions align with broader domain strategies and future state requirements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to delivery teams, supporting solution design reviews and promoting architectural excellence.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to facilitate reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise principles and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed solution designs, estimates, and architectural documentation based on business and system specifications.
- Collaborate with development leads, software developers, and business analysts to plan, design, and maintain applications.
- Evaluate technical blockers and bottlenecks, recommending and implementing solutions with urgency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of architecture experience in creating and managing enterprise architectures and solutions.
- Deep expertise in contemporary engineering practices including cloud computing, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Proven experience with hybrid cloud deployments and on-premise to cloud migration roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing highly distributed, global-scale systems.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
