Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and security needs
• Design and present tailored identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Auth0
• Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders
• Deliver live architecture workshops, drive proofs of concept (POCs), and pilot deployments
• Align identity solutions with customers’ business priorities, focusing on efficiency, security maturity, and ROI
• Partner with account teams to define strategies and drive customer success
• Act as a conduit between customers and product teams to inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• Proficiency in identity protocols including OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and LDAP
• Understanding of core security concerns such as password hashing, SSL/TLS, and encryption
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling for identity integrations
• Ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes and articulate ROI
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related field within the identity space
• Deep expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, Auth0, or Keycloak
• Experience tailoring IAM strategies to specific industries or international challenges
• Proficiency in an additional regional language such as German, French, or Arabic
