Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from shaping delivery to driving successful implementation and long-term adoption
• Define Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead consultative conversations to translate business objectives into actionable technical implementation plans
• Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise customers, designing robust technical architectures
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and design/prototype scalable solutions
• Provide informal coaching and mentorship to peers within the Professional Services team

Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, or solution consulting
• Experience leading enterprise-level projects or solutioning
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, or Python
• Strong understanding of the martech landscape, including Email, SMS, and CDP use cases
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms into enterprise tech stacks
• Proven ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience acting as a technical architect for complex implementations in B2C CRM contexts
• Experience experimenting with AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency
