Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and operational discovery with internal customers to define requirements and implementation risks
• Translate financial and business problems into implementation roadmaps for commercial products
• Work with third-party vendors to implement and configure COTS platforms
• Lead data validation and UAT efforts, including resolving data mismatches and load failures
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across networking, security, and system design
• Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and execute system upgrades and change management
• Document and maintain technical artifacts including system architecture diagrams and user guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or 10+ years of related experience
• 8+ years architecting systems with distributed cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful or gRPC API integration
• 4+ years leading enterprise platform implementations for ERP or CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, Odoo)
• 3+ years in an internal customer-facing technical project leadership role
• Experience with enterprise resource, supply chain, financial management, or CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial domain knowledge and experience with financial processes
• Proficiency with SQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with C# and API integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for engineering teams
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
