Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned cybersecurity solutions using the Forescout platform.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and capture customer requirements to develop comprehensive architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Partner with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive solution design and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop technical solution proposals and identify emerging technology trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar professional services role.
• Current Forescout FSCE certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong proficiency in networking, security solutions, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and system integration.
• Proficiency in API design and familiarity with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP.
• Experience working with diverse asset types including IT, IoT, OT, and IoMT.
