Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory
• Build a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
• Participate in all phases of planning and execution, from initial discovery to the technical win
• Develop a deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of products, solutions, and services
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners to support them in sales cycles
• Act as the voice of the customer to communicate needs and improvements to engineering and leadership teams

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a technical presales role
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and software
• Experience developing architectures to meet customer goals and solve complex problems
• Ability to influence teams and inspire groups of various sizes
• Willingness to travel 40% within the region and occasionally internationally
• US Citizenship required
