Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Engage with large and complex customers across the UK & Ireland to define technical strategies
• Collaborate with leadership, account teams, and field engineers on customer engagement strategies
• Demonstrate technical solutions using AI tooling and processes
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and building technical champions
• Influence stakeholders across the cloud ecosystem and third-party applications
• Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and Databricks Lakehouse adoption
• Develop customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical pre-sales or consultancy
• Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Generative AI
• Ability to architect end-to-end Data & AI solutions (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps)
• Proficiency in Python or SQL
• Experience with big data technologies and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience designing and delivering complex proofs-of-concept (PoCs)
• Proven ability to communicate technical and business value to diverse audiences
• Ability to commute to the London office regularly
• Willingness to travel 20-30% across UK&I and EMEA

Preferred Qualifications

• Databricks or other relevant Cloud/Data certifications
• Knowledge of Spark
