Ciroos is an AI-native, seed-stage startup building an AI SRE Teammate to empower Site Reliability Engineers. Founded by industry veterans from companies like Cisco, AWS, and Palo Alto Networks, the company has raised $21M in seed funding to pioneer agentic AI for observability and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and founders to lead technical discovery and win prospective customers
• Design and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-value (PoV) in enterprise environments
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor bridging the gap between SRE/DevOps teams and business outcomes
• Translate complex multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and observability environments into solution architectures
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and influence the roadmap
• Author reusable technical assets including demo environments, playbooks, and integration guides
• Lay the foundation for scaling the solutions engineering function through hiring and process building

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer engineering for enterprise SaaS
• Strong background in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure software
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, observability (logs/metrics/traces), incident management, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven track record of running customer PoVs end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills for both technical whiteboarding and executive ROI presentations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MS degree in engineering
• Experience building demos, integrations, or scripts using Python, APIs, or Terraform
