Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for Tier 1 accounts
• Own the design and execution of technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs)
• Create technical guides, reusable demo assets, and training programs for the Solutions organization
• Capture field insights to influence the R&D roadmap for Asana’s API and AI capabilities
• Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams for diverse customer tech stacks
• Identify repeatable technical patterns to create global assets like custom script galleries
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape long-term platform strategy

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Consulting)
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
• Experience designing custom integrations using RESTful APIs and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
• Strong ability to present technical visions to C-level executives
• Deep knowledge of SaaS buying behaviors and enterprise procurement cycles
• Understanding of work management and enterprise technology ecosystems (CRM, iPaaS, Cloud Hosting)
