Senior Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analytics proof-of-concepts (POCs) with strategic clients to establish paths to productization
• Query and analyse large, complex datasets using SQL and BigQuery to inform new solutions
• Design and oversee experiments to validate hypotheses for marketing performance improvements
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as reporting discrepancies and data pipeline bugs
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business intelligence teams to co-develop technical solutions
• Partner with Team Leads on market intelligence and data exploration to identify growth opportunities
• Support the Revenue team with RFP responses and solution recommendations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, product management, or technical solutions
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance optimization
• Experience with A/B testing, significance testing, and regression analysis
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder presentation
